So linked skills.... they suck...
I'm I correct.. pg 22 of the 3rd edition book.. that I need to raise my Attribute and All linked skills.. at the same time?

you do save pts in the process and linked powers get strong fast as most smart player choose powers that buff... almost 50% off total...
